Based on the current global standards and real inspection experiences then we have written the inspection manual and inspection form for ourselves:

Inspection is done in the following cases: 

 Check production line 

   Check the production line to make sure for food hygiene and food safety

   Check the production line to make sure for specification of products  

   Check production line to make sure traceability done properly  

 Random check final products  

   Check quality of packaging  

   Check labelling correct as requirement 

   Check appearance, weight, size and sensory  

Loading supervision  

   Make sure as requirement  

   Make sure no damages 

   Make sure containers clean, goods are arranged correctly  

   Closing containers & seals, and check temperature  

We do not get inspection in Viet Nam but also get inspection in Southeast Asia countries and in neighbouring Asian countries.
